And this idea of social welfare going from churches and communities to the federal government was instituted in order, let me repeat, IN ORDER TO FACILITATE FRAUD. Because the further away you get from a problem, the harder is to solve it. So these welfare programs were purposely designed to distribute funds to political allies.

And if we aren’t going to do that, we need to make pay commensurate to a baby sitter.
